Though unrest and chaos surrounds us, the truth that God is Sovereign and Almighty brings us good cheer, unbounded hope, and unshakable peace. Remember this: All authority has been given to Him (Matt 28.18), His words will never pass away (Matt 24.35), He is our refuge, strength, and ever present help (Ps 46.1), He will never leave us or forsake us (Heb 13.5), He has overcome the world (Jn 16.33), He has triumphed ( Rev 5.5), and He will make all things new (Rev 21.5).
